Seriously. According to Tulsa police, Tulsa County District Judge Jesse Harris is charged with indecent exposure, in which he allegedly exposed himself in public to two women.
The incident occurred at the Extended Stay motel in Tulsa, according to the affidavit. In that report, the police say one of the victims, a 32-year-old woman, who'd allegedly had a prior relationship with Harris, called the judge and asked him for legal advice regarding her friend, a 38-year-old woman. Harris told her he would call her back, police said.
What happened next was not a phone call, the affidavit states. The police say that at 11 a.m., Harris allegedly drove up outside the motel room where the woman and her friend were staying, where Harris and she allegedly "engaged in a conversation" as Harris sat in his car.
