Fancy a sampler? Youll have the chance from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday for the annual Taste of Midwest City. The fund-raiser will be held at the Reed Conference Center, 5800 Will Rogers Road in Midwest City, and proceeds are donated to area charities.

Cant get enough of basketball celebrity Kevin Durant? The Hal Smith Restaurant Group cant, either.
A collaboration between the two will result in a new restaurant in Bricktown as soon as next April. Boasting a sports bar and casual sitdown dining, it will be located near Toby Keiths I Love This Bar & Grill.
All gone
Theres no more Falcones Pizzeria & Deli in Bricktown. Danny Falcone, who had partners in that Italian-style eatery, said the lease was up Dec. 31 and they decided to close.
The five years went fast, said Falcone, who added that he can now focus on the original Falcones location at 6705 N. May.
The former Bricktown Falcones is now home to Fuzzys Taco Shop,
