Here
is the bottom line and the truth of the numbers: According to the EPA,
the entire U.S. agricultural system from blueberries to beef accounts
for 6.2 percent of all greenhouse gas emissions, while fulfilling the
absolute essential role of providing food security to Americans and many
people in the world.

The beef we raise in Oklahoma and
in the U.S. requires less land, water and energy than ever before,
while providing essential protein and nutrients to your diet. While
everyone has been talking about going green, we have been caring for our
natural resources and working to improve upon the care of them long
before there was a word for it.
