From the "did he really just say that?" file comes a quote from Sean Hannity of Fox News.
Hannity taped a segment of his show where he spoke with two Republicans (both California congressmen) amid a crowd of Tea Party folks. And here's what he said: "When you think about the vast majorities that they (Democrats) have in Congress, and they had to bribe, backroom deals, corruption, that's all because of the Tea Party movement, the people " all these Tim McVeigh wannabes here."
Yup, he called the assembled crowd "Tim McVeigh wannabes." And what did they do? Boo? Heckle?
No, they cheered and clapped. Cheered. And. Clapped. Stay classy, tea-baggers!
