The Oklahoma State Fair returns Sept. 15-25 at State Fair Park, and event organizers recently announced a roster of new foods to be featured at this year’s event.

>> Deep-Fried Veggies: Asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower are dipped in batter, fried and served snack-sized and made especially for health-conscious fried food lovers everywhere.
>> Chocolate-Covered Bacon Walking Taco: Need we say more?
