We’re constantly bombarded by fad diets and weight loss advice from celebrities and professionals, we’re told that sitting and standing all day isn’t doing us any favors and some say that there’s nothing we can really do about our weight because it’s all genetics. But some Oklahoma experts insist that it’s the type and amount of food we’re eating, not exercise, that’s the real culprit.
