Were constantly bombarded by fad diets and weight loss advice from celebrities and professionals, were told that sitting and standing all day isnt doing us any favors and some say that theres nothing we can really do about our weight because its all genetics. But some Oklahoma experts insist that its the type and amount of food were eating, not exercise, thats the real culprit.
