Sheltering in place doesn't mean we can't still be active, and technology allows us to get our exercise inspiration from all over the world — or just across the city. Many professional dancers staying at home are going live online and posting videos of classes so you can take a little ballet break from the comfort of your living room (or kitchen or bedroom — you get the idea). The great thing about a basic ballet class is you really don't need any special equipment or clothing. You just need something to hold on to, such as a chair back or countertop, and serve as your barre.
