Only open for a few weeks at this address are two concepts under one roof. One side, Pho Kim Long, specializes in long-simmered soup and noodles, while the other side, Hy Palace, focuses on Chinese and Vietnamese entrées and seafood. You can’t go wrong with bubble tea, ice cream or che — say “jaa,” which means “goodbye” in Vietnamese — a dessert dish with fruit and coconut milk.
