Joe Francis " "a millionaire," wrote The Oklahoman " must have a lot of free time in jail, because the "Girls Gone Wild" founder's film company had a cease-and-desist letter drawn up, demanding that three Broken Bow women stop selling their "Girls Gone Wine" beverage under that name.

So they responded by filing suit to keep their name, even if it is does key off the breast-baring products of a millionaire accused of tax evasion and facing a charge of using minors in a sexual performance (to say nothing of shoddy production values).

According to the women's attorney, Martin Ozinga, in a United Press International report, the United States Patent and Trademark Office already has given the winery permission to go ahead, saying, "There's no issue here. They can co-exist."

But the millionaire is determined.

"We will crush them," Francis, a millionaire, told The Oklahoman.

And we don't think he means grapes.
