Let nudity ring

All a man wants is to be able to take a peek at some nudies in the normal course of the day. There's nothing wrong with that, right?

That's all a man wants, to enjoy the leisure activity of relaxing and maybe the comforts of viewing some au naturale photographs. Just because he is a convicted sex offender shouldn't preclude him from peeking at the pleasure zone, right?

And it just so happens a federal court agrees with that philosophy.

According to an Associated Press story, Jerry Lynn Simons, who is serving time for sex crimes in Oklahoma and Kansas, is scheduled to be released from prison after being convicted of failing to register as a sex offender in Nebraska. He was sentenced to two years behind bars and 20 years of supervision upon release.
His release date is in September from an Illinois federal prison.

There were 20 conditions established for Simons to abide by when he is set free. However, the one about not looking at any nude pictures was a condition the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals felt was a little too strong.

The court claimed, "it would deny Simons the ability to view a biology textbook or works of art depicting nudity," according to The AP.

Exactly. Just what sex offenders are known for, brushing up on biology textbooks. Never mind the Playboy and Hustler mags section of the bookstore. We're sure Jimmy boy will spend most of his time in the science section reading the articles.
