I know that this will be deleted as soon as it is read, but, speaking as one of the millions ignored by overpriced insurance, I feel I must inform you that I now have insurance for the first time in over a decade. While it is true that the roll-out has been rocky, to say the very least, it is no more problematic than was the roll-out for RomneyCare in Massachusetts, a policy, might I remind you, that you yourself championed up until the nanosecond that the president endorsed it as well.
No, there is just no actual evidence that this phase of the implementation will be any worse than doing what you and your fellow GOP members have tried so desperately to accomplish, the cruel and hateful method of letting those less fortunate than yourselves to grow old and die without so much as even a false tear for the victims of your institutionalized neglect. Again, I know that this is pretty much the complete opposite of what you were hoping to receive from me, and will no doubt dispose of at your earliest opportunity, but I felt obliged at least to inform you that the flood of misinformation spread by you and your colleagues had not affected me in the slightest.

Manners work for any party affiliation
In response to Joe Courtneys letter to the editor (Commentary, A readers take on a Gazette business story, Dec. 20, Oklahoma Gazette): You make the statement, The owner of Little Mikes Hamburgers is making a conscious choice to select patrons ... who have similar opinions and ethics as he and his family does.
While I do not necessarily agree with his approach, nevertheless, I cannot fault you for that statement. However, your next statement, It just so happens that these patrons are people who are likely to have jobs and manners, is out of line and taken by me as a personal insult.
Excuse me, but those of us who do not agree with the way you do also work hard and care for our families. I personally have raised two successful children, one an ex-Marine and a computer engineer, the other a public accountant who will be shortly taking her CPA exam. It is very presumptuous of you to presume otherwise. And if you think Rush Limbaugh is well-mannered, then you really have a problem.

Think about privacy
The sad fact is that every bit personal financial records for the last 10 years, and all texts, pics, emails, phone calls and GPS tracking is collected on Americans by our government. If they know were not terrorists, why collect and keep personal, sensitive information? Today, our government has 4,400 federal laws, along with six to 10 years of every detail of your life that is now saved and searchable. How easy would it be for them to find proof you violated a technicality of one of 4,400 federal laws? Think about it. Then call your Congressman and tell them what you think.
