Mega cheap

The earlier you book your reservation on the brand new 81-seat double-decker coaches, the cheaper the cost.

For procrastinators out there, it could cost as much as $20 to $25. Still, that’s cheaper than filling up your own car to head down Interstate 35.

When you take a ride on a Megabus, you ride in style with free Wi-Fi, electrical outlets, reclining chairs, a restroom and air conditioning all included. The only downside, really, is that you wind up in Texas.

OKC passengers can pick up the bus in the parking lot at the northwest corner of N. Hudson Avenue and N.W. Fifth Street. Megabus — that’s just kinda fun to say, isn’t it? — departs Oklahoma City at 8 a.m., 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. daily.
