On Tuesday, EMI Music releases “NOW That’s What I Call Music! Vol. 37,” and among its 20 tracks of Eminem, Taylor Swift, T-Pain, Ke$ha and someone who dares call himself/ herself/itself Waka Flocka Flame is Chance’s “Waiting Outside the Lines,” his debut single from last October.

Chance can learn a lot from his peers on the album. Just not Chris Brown — that dude’s dangerous.
