The OIC Annual Graduation celebrates adult students who have completed the High School Diploma Prep program and earned their high school equivalency diploma. Graduates get to experience the high school graduation they missed so many years ago. The event features full cap and gown regalia, complete with gift bags for the graduating class and a commencement speaker.
