Everybody would rather wear a costume every day, and in a way, they do. Slacks and ties? Dresses and tights? It’s a rare bird indeed that would rather go to work dressed in a pantsuit than a superhero suit. But society gets a little weird when someone wears a skeleton costume to go grocery shopping, so most just bide time until Halloween, when they can tie on that cape, pull on a wig and let their inner child take flight into the outside world.

“Off with their heads!” is something the staff at Queen of Hart’s has heard so many times, they’ll probably just point at the lineup of rubber masks on the wall, as if to say, “Already done!” Whatever era shoppers desire, this costume and dancewear hub will likely have it. Court jesters and clowns can find angels and demons just around the corner, or take a cue from the owner and discover something regal to wear out on Halloween.
