This state-founded pie palace serves up all things fresh and delicious. Try the fried mushrooms for starters. Follow up with the Big Country, which packs quite the punch with kielbasa, Cheddar, mozzarella and Hideaways signature red sauce. Service is informal and friendly, so dont shy away if youre wearing T-shirts and jeans. People also delight in the Around the World pizza, for which you dont even have to leave your table.

Sliders, Buffalo Blue Chicken, spinach salad and meatloaf are on the menu at Kevin McCrackens new place. Banana Island is back! Its owners couldnt stay away from Oklahoma or serving up their traditionally prepared ethnic fare. The international menu focuses on food from Malaysia. Highly recommended are the pancakes with wild rice, its hot and spicy crab and the mango chicken. For a finale, order bubur cha-cha, a traditional sweet dessert featuring taro, yam and sweet potatoes.
