At the Winter Olympics in 2002, the difference between a downhill skiing gold medal and no medal stood at 0.65 seconds.
According to business coach and consultant Jim Bain, once workers realize that small differences can make all the difference, they can reach the top of their profession. Its all about remembering that professionalism is spelled with five Ps:

Preparation;
People;
Priorities; and
Persistence.
