And especially when you’re rapper 2 Chainz, huddled on your post-concert bus with 10 others and possibly using narcotics after being pulled over by Oklahoma City police for a broken bus taillight.

The rapper, real name Tauheed Epps, was arrested early morning Aug. 22 after an almost nine-hour standoff, multiple news sources reported.

NewsOK reported that the bus was towed — with suspects aboard — to the Oklahoma City police training center while awaiting a warrant to search the vehicle.

Charges included misdemeanor police obstruction complaints, Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow said.

The
rapper performed the night before with Lil Wayne and T.I. at the
Chesapeake Arena. Bus passengers saw police and locked themselves inside
the vehicle after being stopped and while the bus driver was being
questioned, the Associated Press reported.

Afterward,
the rapper tweeted, “This shit will make u go crazy, our bus gets
pulled 1 a week and they always say I smell weed I need to search ur
bus. Sht gets tiring.”

Chainz
joins the ranks of other, er, notable celebrities to encounter the long
arm of the law while in the Sooner State. For example: Macaulay Culkin
was arrested for drugs during a traffic stop (sans tour bus and posse);
Ted Nugent was questioned by the Feds at a concert stop near Ardmore
after allegedly making threats against President Obama; “American Idol”
star Clay Aiken was allegedly shoved by a woman during a mid-flight spat
and held at the Tulsa International Airport.
