Teen Board Battle of the Bands moves indoors

Due to the Oklahoma City area's predicted wet weather this weekend, the Teen Board Battle of the Bands will be held indoors on Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m. in the Bennett-McClendon Great Hall at the Gaylord-Pickens Museum.

Six bands from across the state, varying in age from middle school students to young professionals and representing genres from rock to pop to country, were chosen to compete for a $1,000 cash prize. 

A silent auction and raffle will take place during the event including:

Two front-row, courtside tickets to the OKC Thunder  game April 5 and a free night's stay in a suite at the Colcord Hotel in Bricktown Four all-session baseline tickets to the Women's College World Series (May 28-June 3) and a free night's stay in the new Hampton Inn & Suites in Bricktown A purple mink scarf from Koslow's Furs Two weekend night's stay at the Embassy Suites in Frisco, Texas Round of golf for two at the Peninsula on Grand Lake Autographed photos from Reba McEntire, Carrie Underwood, Vince Gill and Kristen Chenoweth Gift cards to the Melting Pot, Red Rock Canyon Grill, The Wedge and Rococo
