The masterminds behind En Croûte and St. Mark's Chop Room open a new Italian eatery.

Osteria opens Nov. 17 at 6430 Avondale Drive in Nichols Hills and is the latest concept from local chef Jonathon Stranger and business partners Drew Tekell and Dr. Steven Sands (En Croûte, St. Mark’s Chop Room, OK-Yaki). Osteria adds another owner, Fabio Viviani, a staple of food television since a memorable run on the fifth season of Bravo’s Top Chef.

Located in the same Nichols Hills Plaza complex as En Croûte and St. Mark’s Chop Room, Osteria serves pasta made in-house, fresh pizza, seafood delivered within 24 hours of being caught and fresh Italian-inspired entrees under the direction of executive chef Darshon Daines. Osteria is taking reservations beginning Nov. 17 through Open Table and its website, osteriaokc.com.
