When: Tuesdays, Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m., Saturdays, 9-10 a.m., Saturdays, Sundays, 2-3 p.m. and Saturdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Small, one hour yoga classes with focus on restoration and meditation on Thursday and Sunday evenings. Slow, stretchy flow is the focus on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Great for beginners. Mats and refreshments available. Outdoor classes available when weather permits. Drop-in appropriate.
