Zen Qigong is designed as "Working In" style exercise class. This practice helps bring balance to the nervous system and calms the mind. For those with health concerns such as high blood pressure, auto immune, thyroid, and a number of other conditions, this type of exercise is a must to bring balance back to the body. Zen Qigong improves circulation and increases vital life force energy. It includes stretching, Qigong, breath work and strength training. These gentle movements improve digestion, strengthen blood flow, and enhance detoxification while creating clarity of mind.
